Their mission? To connect the citizens of Luxembourg with the ambitious "Great Green Wall" initiative and secure the future of the 2026 Afforestation Camp in Ivory Coast.
From the Sahel to the Alzette: A Shared Destiny
While the Festival is a celebration of Luxembourg’s multicultural identity, CVL’s presence served as a poignant reminder of the environmental threads that bind Europe and Africa. Through a series of informative panels, visitors were shown the direct correlation between ecological emergencies in Africa—such as desertification and land degradation—and the socio-political shifts felt across European borders.

Every donation collected and every product sold at the festival goes directly toward the logistics, seedlings, and infrastructure needed for the upcoming Ivory Coast mission.
